It's been a fun week meeting and greeting and getting to know some of you fellow hypnotists. I'm excited - I sent in my NGH Convention Registration today! Finally, decided on which seminars and classes to attend. How overwhelming is that? So much to pick from. Finally whittled it down to the ones I want the most. I am so looking forward to the Convention. Hope I get to meet face to face with some of you that I am getting to know here.
So, it's Friday night, time to leave the cocoon of my office and let go and hang out a little and have some fun. I hope you all have a wonderful weekend. I plan to.
Ah, it's the end of my workday here at the computer. Mixing up working on my already established internet business and getting up to speed with my new hypnosis business.
I am so enjoying this new site. If you are a newbie like me and just trying to get started, stop by and check out the Newbie Assist group. We've got some great conversations going on. Tom Nicoli is handing out some great free advice and pumping us up (well me for sure). And if you are experienced and want to share you knowledge, we are eager little birds with our mouths open for your juicy worms. The more the merrier...
I just love getting things in the mail. Today my my pre-talk DVD by Calvin Banyon came in the mail. I'm planning to watch it and then make my own using it as a guide. I will use his with my clients until I get my own made, if I need to. I heard a lot about how it is a good idea to use a video for the pretalk and I like the idea. So one more thing off my checklist. Just gettin.... ready... oh and I got my little door hanger that says .... shhhh... Hypnosis in Session. It's so easy to make me happy! :)
Hi! I am a new hypnotist. Just certified in in October with an online course from HMI and then took an NGH course through Integrated Counseling and Hypnosis Training Center and received that certification in March. I am very excited to be a hypnotist.
I haven't started taking clients yet and have only hypnotized a few people since March. A friend and my daughters. Working on getting up my confidence up to actually charge for this. I spoke with my daughter who I hypnotized a few weeks ago for nail biting and she is happily reporting that she only now chews 1 finger and it is getting better. I was so excited to hear it helped. She was down here for the weekend and I hypnotized her and sent her home with a recording to listen to. I bought a script book from BananHypnosisMall.com and used the script in there. So thanks Calvin for that script. My daughter has been chewing her nails since she was at least five years old. They are mostly just nubs so ... Wow! thanks.
